What is the best way to schedule an appointment?
Since I am working by myself, the quickest way to make an appointment is to use the online booking feature on this website using the Appointments tab above. Once you pick your appointment, I'll receive a notification and will accept your appointment. If for some reason what you have requested doesn't work, I'll let you know what needs to happen to make it right.
What if you don't have an appointment available when I want one?
My schedule does tend to fill up about 5-6 weeks in advance. If you are looking for a specific day or time that isn't available on the online booking system, send me an email to be added to my wait list.
Are you taking precautions during the Covid-19 pandemic?
YES!!! I take cleanliness very seriously even before Covid-19, and am even more cognizant now. All of the new policies & procedures can be found here. If there's something else you'd like to know or bring to my attention, please do not hesitate to let me know!
I've always heard it's best to have dirty hair if getting color. Is this true??
Nope. Not true. Due to some major advancements in hair color technology, dirty hair can actually prevent the color from taking properly. It's also a sanitation issue to come to the salon with dirty hair, so please wash the night before you come.
What exactly is a Salon Suite, anyway?
I'm so glad you asked!! Sola Salon Suites is a collection of salon businesses all operating under the same roof, but in their own private room. Some are single suites, some are double or triple chair suites. We are all stand alone legal business entities and have the freedom to operate as we would like. We use our own booking systems, payment systems, product lines, and everything.
What is customized color?
I believe that everyone's color (and cut) should be unique to them. When we have our consultation I'm looking not only at your hair and your inspiration, but at YOU - your hair, eyes, and face shape should all be accentuated by your color. I also take into consideration your lifestyle, budget, and create a maintenance plan that's unique to you.
How do I pay for my service?
Services and products can be paid for with cash or by credit card using my Square credit card processing system.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Your appointments are very important to Hair Rebel Salon. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed more than 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
